Top Drawer Stand G7 – January 2012

Hello all you wonderful evergreen wrap lovers!

We’re going to be at Top Drawer Exhibition again this year – this weekend in fact! At Stand G7.  It’s always a lot of hard work, but usually pretty good fun. And this year our Evergreen Wraps have been Selected for th Top Drawer Front of show displays…that’s kind of like getting a HUGE rosette at a country fair if you don’t talk trade show speak.  And then people can oh and ah over them, and hopefully order!  We also showing a whole host of our new products (you can see in the accessories tab of our shop) or on our other website www.thegreengivingco.com.  Their pretty different to our Evergreen Wraps but boy they’re goregous! Thinking of mens gifts? You’ve gotta see our website.
But enough there’s only 3 days to go and so much stuff to do, I can’t spend all day typing!  xx

Bespoke Wrap for Gazelli

Oooh we do love doing bespoke Evergreen Wraps for companies – it’s great to see our Wraps and ethos being taken out into the wider and greater world and being adopted by corporates! One day we’ll have everyone giving up paper gift wrapping and using our Evergren Wraps!

Our latest project has been with Gazelli Cosmetic’s a gorgeous luxury cosmetics brand from Azerbijan.

They launched this Christmas (2011)  in Harrods and wanted to offer a unique giftwrapping option which would work with their brand… step up the Evergreen Wrap. In Azerbijan women used to carry their bathing items in cloth to the rivers to wash so it seemed rather fitting that women would carry their purchases out of Harrods in cloth!  Plus they can keep them and reuse them forever – unlike paper bags!  And my we’re happy with the result – don’t they look gorgeous?

Wouldn’t you be happy if your lovely creams were wrapped in this lovely Evergreen Wrap- which you could then wear as a scarf?!  If you are thinking of buying some of their creams do pop into harrods and get yourself one of our limited edition Gazelli Evergreen Wraps…. they’re positively covetable!!

New Christmas Jumper Evergreen Wrap

Oh there’s so much going on AND it’s Christmas! Where did the year go?! We saw this and it made us laugh -  has David Beckham ever looked so hot?!  I thought it’s about high time to tell you about our ACE new Evergreen Wrap we’ve created to celebrate Christmas. We think it’s pretty cool.

We were thinking about all things Christmassy when designing it and then Hugo thought about his favourite jumper his granny made him… and Hey presto an AWESOME Christmas jumper Evergreen Wrap.

Isn’t it the prettiest thing all covered with snowflakes, rocking reindeer, skiers and love hearts.  It makes me think of crackling fires and a log cabin far away in a snowy alpine forest…mmmmm!

London Bus and Taxi

When I think of Britain and all things British – I can’t but help think of the Queen, Tea, scones (with clotted cream and homemade rasberry jam mmm!), the rain (!), and of course the epic Routemaster London buses and the Black taxi’s.  Famous around the world.  So many people have created such wonderful Routemaster based designs I just love Kenneth Townsends Illustrations :

Sooooo we thought why on earth don’t we make a Taxi AND Routemaster London Bus designed Evergreen Wrap…. and isn’t it just gorgeous!?!! Brumm Brumm!!

To the left ‘Quick March!’

Don’t you just love the soldiers outside Buckingham Palace with they’re HUGE Bearskin hats on?! Aren’t they amazing!

So we thought what could possibly be better but an Evergreen Wrap with lovely marching soldiers all over it! It’s perfectly British!

We’re selling them in the Victoria and Albert Museum and online – don’t they make you smile? I LOVE them!!

Brand new design

oooooh isn’t our new Evergreen Wrap pretty!!  It’s inspired by the old vineyards in Tuscany. The hot sun has all the grape varieties swirling around it. Doesn’t it just make you want to go ‘pop’ and pour out a glass of the good stuff!

Our Stand at Top Drawer

It was all a bit crazy, what with porters dropping our boards and cards into muddy puddles and me nearly suffering from heart failure – but with a lot of help and a bit of luck we errected our Stand…. and boy doesn’t it look swell.  (Especially when it’s being so mightly modelled by the handsome Hugo! Here he is demonstrating a wine bottle wrap )…

The show was brilliant! We met lots of loverly shop owners and best of all they wanted to stock our products! Woo Hoo! So we’re now in the most amazing National Gallery and the award winning independent shop Post Mark and lots and lots more!

New designs for Top Drawer

ooooh it’s a hive of activity here at Evergreen HQ we’re all busy getting ready for our first trade exhibition at Top Drawer on 16-18 January 2011 at Earls Court.  There is sooo much to do! We’ve been working on new designs a plenty – I thought you might like a sneak preview of our french inspired moustaches – oooh la la!
